For direct online purchases (Buy Now/Stripe):
The details of your package—scope, deliverables, price, and timeline—are as described on the checkout or product page at time of purchase.
Custom agreements (MSA/SOW) are used only for bespoke or enterprise projects and are not required for instant online purchases.
All sales are subject to these Terms, except where superseded by a signed contract.
2. Use of Website
This site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. We strive to maintain accurate content but make no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
You agree not to use the website in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive manner.
3. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by WorkflowLeaf Inc. (Simon Paris), unless otherwise stated, and protected by Canadian and international copyright law.
4. Nature of Services
WorkflowLeaf provides automation, consulting, and integration services, delivered into client-owned accounts (Airtable, n8n, Make, OpenAI, etc.).
We do not host or control client data or systems after project delivery.
Ongoing maintenance or support is provided only if purchased as a separate add-on.
5. Client Data & Platform Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts and data.
WorkflowLeaf does not host, store, or control client data after handoff.
We disclaim responsibility for data loss, uptime, or security incidents on any third-party platform.
6. Third-Party Tools & Platform Disclaimer
WorkflowLeaf integrates with third-party services (e.g., Airtable, n8n, Make, OpenAI).
We are not responsible for:
- API outages or service changes
- Data loss, integration failures, or platform disruptions
- Rate limits, downtime, or service discontinuation
You acknowledge these risks and agree to test all automations before production use.
7. Force Majeure
WorkflowLeaf is not liable for any delay, failure, or damages caused by events outside our reasonable control (platform outages, cyberattacks, legal/regulatory changes, force majeure, etc.).
8. Warranties & Risk of Use
All services, deliverables, and automations are provided “as is.”
WorkflowLeaf makes no warranties regarding:
- Regulatory compliance
- Specific business results or ROI
- Compatibility with future platform/API changes
Clients are responsible for validating solutions in their environment before launch.
9. Refund Policy
For instant purchases (“Buy Now”):
You may request a full refund before the onboarding/kickoff call if you change your mind or are not satisfied, no questions asked.
After onboarding or project kickoff, all sales are final except as required by law.
For custom agreements, refund and cancellation terms are specified in your SOW or contract.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WorkflowLeaf and its founder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
- Lost profits or data
- Business interruption or reputational harm
- Platform or system failure
Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific service. Claims must be made within one (1) year of the event.
11. Privacy Policy
WorkflowLeaf is committed to privacy compliance under Canadian PIPEDA and Québec’s Law 25.
Information We Collect
We collect only what you voluntarily provide (name, email, company details) via website forms, checkout, service agreements, or analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

- Deliver services and automate workflows

- Send receipts, onboarding materials, and service updates
